Booking & Payment
A deposit of 20% is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due in cash upon arrival. If you prefer to pay by credit card or PayPal, a 13% tax will be added to the total amount. All prices are quoted in USD.
Cancellation by Client
Cancellations made 36 hours or more before the tour will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 36 hours before the tour are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.
Cancellation by Paquera Fishing and Tours
We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to unsafe weather conditions, mechanical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. Safety is always our top priority.
Weather Policy
Costa Rica's tropical climate can be unpredictable. Trips will only be cancelled if conditions are deemed unsafe by our captains. Light rain does not constitute a cancellation. Our captains have final authority on all weather-related decisions.
Liability
Paquera Fishing and Tours is not responsible for personal injury, loss of personal belongings, or any damages incurred during tours. All participants are required to follow safety instructions provided by our guides and captains at all times.
What to Bring
We recommend bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, light clothing, and a valid ID. Seasickness medication is advised for those prone to motion sickness. Food and beverages are not included unless specified in your package.
